Hi,

Need some inputs on my question..

I worked at client location on H1B from 2016-2018(2years) and my first extension was denied. So, I came back to India and My employer filed a new H1B under Cap Expempt category and that was denied. He didn't share me the reason.

Now, I am working with other employer in India.

My question is,
Am I eligible for H1B cap exempt category?
Since I am out of US from 2018, What will be my Max out.?
