Here is scenerio:
My Given name in passport is YYYY YYYY and family(sir name) is blank. In 2006 I got my H1B visa stamped. The visa had sir name as YYYY and given name as YYYY . I came to US and got my SSN and all other docs (DL/insurance etc) with sir name as YYYY and given name as YYYY .
I recently visited india and this time they gave me visa with given name as FNU and sir name as YYYY YYYY. My confusion:
1. I am going to transfer my H1 to a new company this month. What given and sir name should I use? What will happen to my existing records (SSN and DL etc) if FNU is used as first name?
2. will this be ok to use last name as YYYY and first name as YYYY because all existing rescords still have the same?
