H1b Interview along with dependants

Hello, I am outside of US. My H1b application has been picked up in FY24 lottery and the petition has been approved recently. I do have B1 Visa earlier so i am eligible for dropbox now. However, I have dependants spouse and two kids needs H4 visa. Kids are eligible for dropbox but my wife has to attend in person interview.

I have two options now VidMate.

I can go ahead with my drop box option first, after my H1b approval dependants need to schedule interview separately.

We all 4 can go for in-person interview ignoring my drop box benefit.

Which could be the best way? Please help me.
