I am an Australian citizen living in Australia. I have a bachelors degree in Physics and Mathematics actively looking for employment in the US in the tech field. I am worried about E3 applications because even if I get a job offer, I have a fiancé in the US who is under the DACA/Dreamer status. I believe they will see this as wanting to abandon resistance in Australia and will deny my visa application https://showbox.bio/ https://tutuapp.uno/ . I have all my family in Australia for context and have no intention abandoning my ties to Australia as we hope some day to leave the US and Immigrate a different country once DACA people are allowed to leave but return to the US to visit family.
