Hi,
I have received H4 EAD recently and haven’t started working in it. Now I have to apply for H4 extension and H4 EAD extension. While filing i539, it asks if I am working currently and I said No because not working. Now I got a job offer, can I start working now using previously approved EAD and i94 with validity, when the extension is in progress? If so, should I notify USCIS that I have started working as I have mentioned that I am not working in i539? please advise.
