My Indian employer A applied H1-B visa in premium mode and it got approved on nov 15 2010. It's in Decision activity. How long will it take to receive the approved petition.

Usually within a couple of weeks. Maybe yours is getting delayed because of the Thankgiving holidays inbetween.
