  • Can I do H1B stamping (from F1) on the first week of Oct?????

I am planning to get my H1B stamped. I want to know if it is safe to travel in the first week of Oct. Three reasons why I am concerned

I am planning to transfer to a new job end of November 2023. I am thinking if my travel plan might cause delays to my potential start date with the new job.

I would like to know if stamping router login 192.168.l.l.link/ in the first week of Oct is risky for that matter when the updates from USCIS didn't happen or so for some reason.

How many days do you think I need to resign for a safe transfer to my new job?

Congratulations on planning to get your H1B stamped! I understand your concerns regarding your travel in the first week of October and how it might impact your job transfer and potential start date with the new company. Here are three points to consider:
    1. Impact on Job Transfer: Traveling in the first week of October could potentially cause some delays in your job transfer process. H1B stamping and visa processing can sometimes take time, and if any unexpected delays occur, it might affect your ability to start your new job as planned in November 2023. To mitigate this risk, it's crucial to start the H1B stamping process as early as possible and stay proactive in monitoring the progress.
    2. USCIS Updates and Risks: While I cannot predict specific USCIS updates or their timing, it's essential to stay informed about any changes in visa processing and immigration policies. Generally, USCIS processing times can vary, and there may be instances where updates or delays occur. Staying in touch with your new employer's HR department or immigration attorney can help you stay informed and plan your travel accordingly.
    3. Resignation Time for Safe Transfer: Resignation timing largely depends on several factors, such as your current employer's policies, the notice period specified in your employment contract, and your relationship with your employer. In most cases, a two-week notice period is considered standard, but some companies may require longer notice. To ensure a smooth transfer to your new job, it's best to discuss your plans with your current employer and HR department as early as possible. You can explain your situation and try to reach a mutually agreeable resignation date that aligns with your travel plans and the needs of your current employer.

In conclusion, while it is exciting to plan for your H1B stamping and job transfer, it's crucial to stay prepared for potential delays and uncertainties. Start the H1B stamping process early, keep yourself updated on USCIS news, and communicate openly with your current employer for a smooth and hassle-free transition to your new job. I wish you the best of luck in your endeavors!

    Safe travels and best regards,
