Query at the time of stamping

I went for H4 stamping and got 221(g). The query was to produce some documents from my husband's employer.My husband was with employer A at the time I initially went for stamping. Now my husband is with new employer B and is awaiting I797 from employer B. Now if i have submit the documents requested in 221(G),can I submit them from Employer B? As my husband moved on from Employer A , he ll not oblige to give any documents that are requested.
Please help.

Same case as urs

I went for interview n was handed a green/blue 221(g)...on 17th oct all the doc were submitted.

its going to be 2 months almost, i havent received any intimation regarding my case, yet.....
The best thing is to wait ,it seems!!
