Hello All,
Need your valuable input, please help!
Myself & my wife had a visa appointment on 26th June and we received a 221g yellow slip. Where the VO officer took our passports and took one of the BAN documents (Got BAN on F1, But now, my wife went for H4 & 5 years BAN was completed on JUne 23rd). It is been 30 days and there is no change in the status of the CEAC site. It is still showing as refused. I have followed up with the Support team and they said the visa application is under review but no luck so far. Even, though I reached out to my employer they said no one contacted them until today. Can you please explain what might be happening since June 26th? How long does it take to get our passports? and What would be the next steps?
