Hello All, my wife's h1b visa expired on July 23 2023, did not file for extension as she lost job. On July 15th applied for h4 and h4 EAD and received receipts for both. Now she got an offer. Can we apply for h1 extension or transfer. If yes, when should we withdraw h4 petition. Are there any risks in this.
