H1B application - true or ****?
Hi,
I applied for H1B through a consultant earlier this year. I paid him a couple of thousand dollars for the application. The consultant said that my application was picked up by lottery, but was rejected during the screening process.
He told me that the application was rejected due to lack of "The main reason is compensation & client letter"
I asked him for a reason and a tracking number. He gave me one, but I looked up USCIS and cannot find the application at all. I am beginning to wonder if I was cheated in the process.
Can somebody help me with this please
