    Hi, I am booking an appointment and when I reached to payment tab it selected my old receipt of (15K) which I paid in 2022 for a previous VISA appointment. That money I have already used then why it is showing that receipt again and not allowing me to pay 17220 INR?

    I am able to book an appointment but am not able to select the correct payment. Please select how I can make a new Payment and avoid the old receipt that which System is selecting.

    Anyone is facing a similar issue? Appreciate for any pointer

This allowed me to take the payment process to the next level, making it faster and more convenient for customers.
