H1-B Petition deadline

I left my previous company i.e Company A back in July. I got to know that my lottery was picked in 2n round and after giving several rounds of interviews, I will be most likely given an offer tomorrow. I wanted to know if it is worth pursuing since there are just 10 days left for the H1B petition to be submitted (LCA takes 7 days min 10.0.0.0.1). Current authorization - STEM OPT.

It is worth pursuing the H1B visa for the FY 2023 cap, as long as you can obtain a certified LCA and file your petition before June 30, 2022. You may also be able to continue working on STEM OPT until September 30, 2022, if you qualify for a cap-gap extension. However, you should also be aware of the risks and challenges involved in the H1B process
