Hi All,
I am on h1 and my max out is in 10 months. I have a I 140 in process in recruitment stage but likely the PERM will be applied by end of this year.
I wanted to get advice on whether we can apply for H4 EAD ( spouse has 1-140) now and continue working until max out, then change to H4EAD until my 1-140 approval.
is it possible to have h1 and h4 EAD active simultaneously but continue working on H1?
