Hello all,
I am in the process of applying for my spouse's H4 EAD. While collecting all the required docs, we realized that we might have lost her last EAD card however we still have her "i765 Application for Employment Authorization" approval notice from USCIS. I wanted to check if the i765 approval notice would suffice or do we need to attach a copy of her last EAD card while applying for the EAD extension?
If we do need the card, should i apply for a replacement card first and then apply for the extension?
Please suggest.
