3.5 - 4 yrs experience and L1A visa

hi,

if a individual has 3.5 - 4 yrs exp( in Software company) and 1 yr experience( as a Lecturer in Bachelor of Engineering college) , so totally 4.5 years of experience, then if his company applies for L1A( since he has people reporting him)..in that case what is the approval percentage for L1 A visa.
