FRIENDS - Please help me overcome one of the worst situations in my life.
My H1b 6th year will be completed on March 24, 2011. I changed company in october 2009 but the employer had delayed filing my Labor. They say that they will file sometime by end of this year.
I heard that I can join Masters and enroll for CPT in the first semester and can work for an employer. During this time employer can start my GC process and then change back to H1b. Can someone please explain me if this is possible and guide me through this process.
BTW I already have a Masters in US.
