Advice on transitioning to an employer with no H-1B sponsorship history

Hello! I'm currently on an H-1B visa (valid until 2025), sponsored by Employer A. I received a job offer from Employer B, but they have never sponsored H-1B visas before. Is there a scenario where I can get them to sponsor my visa ? Any insights or experiences in similar situations would be greatly appreciated!

You will need to ask the company if they will file an H-1B change of employer petition on your behalf. Do they not yet know that you require sponsorship in order to work in the U.S.? The fact that they have not previously filed an H-1B petition for a foreign worker is not necessarily problem. But they need to understand their legal obligations and responsibilities as an H-1B employer -- usually an attorney is needed to prepare everything.
