Dec.- 2023 is when I applied for H4. My husband just got his prem and i-140 approved now(JAN 2024).
1) Is it possible for us to reapply H4 and H4EAD jointly?
2) There will be a shorter timescale when using H4+H4EAD.Do I have this right?
3) The validity of my spouse's H1 visa runs through October 2024. hence if we submit for premium H1+H4+H4EAD at the same time in APR (six months ago), and H4 and H4EAD are still processing. Is everything okay? Were we to consider the new application as legitimate?
