Hi
I am going for PA for L1 visa with spouse and i didn't apply the PA for my son as he has the US Passport. Now can i take him to consolate /its mandatory to take him. Please advise.

It is not necessary to take him to the consulate for your PA. However, the U.S consulate will allow U.S citizens to enter the consulate with the parents who have scheduled visa appointments. It is however good to check with VFS and carry their reply with you in case you decide to take your kid along with you for the interview.
