Hi, I pulled over for a suspected DUI in Sep 2023. Given the sobriety test but refused to do an on-the-spot blow test. Taken to the station, at my lawyer's suggestion I given the BAC test at the station and the result was 0.7.
No charges were filed against me. In November I came to India and went for H1B extension stamping (drop box ) and in the DS-160 I marked the arrest option as YES.
I received a 221g and went for an in-person interview in Dec . The VO officer asked for a medical check-up. Did go through a medical checkup and everything. The Results are good and were sent to the consulate in second week of January. Since then no update made on my case.
I have been stuck in this limbo since November. Now this getting into my head and causing, anxiety and sleeplessness
