My daughter’s (17 years) visa was refused but my visa(h1b) visa was approved. Does anyone have any information about how to find the reason for refusal or if/when do they send an email https://9apps.ooo/ about the refusal detail? Do I have to reapply?

I would really appreciate any advice!
