Hello folks,
I've got my H1-B visa stamping DROPBOX appointment coming up on 1st April. Currently, I'm working through a consultancy remotely for a product-based company in the USA. I don’t think my consultancy had provided any client letter in my H-1 b application to USCIS. Luckily my H1-b got approved at that time.So basically at this point USCIS doesn’t know who is my client I feel.
I'm a bit confused and concerned about the documentation required for the stamping process, particularly regarding any client letter.
Should I be submitting a client letter along with my passport, or is that not necessary? I'm really hoping to get through this process smoothly but am worried about whether my visa will be approved https://xender.vip/ without any hitches.
My client is not willing to give any formal letter as such…I just have confirmation on email that I am working for them from my Manager.
Any advice or insights from your experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot!
