H-1b visa appointment dates

I am trying to schedule a visa appointment at the new delhi office. When I try to do this through the VFS online scheduling system it does not show my any dates for febuary, but shows a few for january. I want to travel back to the US in feb. Does this mean that there are no dates available 'at this point' for feb but may become available as people cancel/reschedule? OR does this mean that appointments for feb have just not been opened up yet and that I need to wait slightly longer?

Dates are opened only 3-4 weeks in advance.
