Having lease in different states on H1B

Hello, my work location is NJ and I have a lease here. My wife's work location is Ohio, her own salary doesn't meet the requirements for rental agreement there. It would suffice if I sign the https://9apps.ooo/ lease as her roommate. I'm not going to relocate and will continue to work from NJ where my employer is.

Will this affect my status?
