what i94 expiry date should I expect?

    what i94 expiry date should I expect?

    i have h1b visa stamp valid till march 2025 on old passport with validity till aug 2024.
    hence my i94 is also valid till aug 2024.
    If I fly out of USA and enter again using new passport with validity till 2033, should I expect my new i94 generated after entering USA to be valid till march 2025 (i.e. my visa & i797 expiry date) ?
    if anyone has gone through this experience, please confirm. thanks in advance.​

    Yes. The I-94 expiration should match your H1b petition expiration date, since it is no longer limited by passport expiration.
