I 129 under processing and international Travel

Hello everyone,

Need help with the situation that i am in:

To give the background, my employer applied for an H1B Amed(I 129) due to my change of role on 20 April 2024. My current H1 B and Visa is valid till 15 May 2025 with the same employer https://omegle.onl/ https://xender.vip/ .

Question :

Can I travel outside the US and re entry without impacting the current I-129 processing . Example: Travel outside us on Oct 2024 Re Entry by Nov 2024

You are fine to travel internationally and return so long as your H-1B Amendment is approved before the date of your re-entry to the US. Also, when you return to the US, you should present the I-797 Approval Notice for the H-1B Amendment Petition with your passport and valid visa. I assume the H-1B Amendment was filed before your role changed in April 2024. Your employer's H-1B Amendment Petition should be approved before your planned travel in October. To err on the side of caution, you can request your employer to upgrade your petition to premium processing (assuming premium processing was not requested when the Petition was filed).
