H1 -B1 Query

Hi,

I was working with a MNC and had a approved petition of H1B.
i did not fly onsite and have left the job.(h1b not revoked yet)

The new employer is asking for my passport to file business visa.

please let me know about the business visas and their types.
Any prerequisities for them like duration to be with the employer, pay stubs etc.

does my having an approved petition create a problem for the business visa...??
