H1B Transfer - Questions

Hi,

Could you please answer the below questions that I have regarding my H1B Transfer.

I have been working as a contractor with Company A who holds my H1B. Now, I have got a fulltime offer from Company B.
Company B initiated H1B Transfer Premium Processing for me.

My questions are -

1. How much time does a H1B Transfer Premium Processing takes?
2. How much time does it take to get the receipt for a H1B Transfer for Premium Processing?
3. If I inform the Company A about my H1B transfer after I get the Receipt, and if Company A revokes my H1B, will it be an issue for me to get my H1B Transfer Approval from Company B?

>>> Sometimes it takes 2 weeks to get the hard copy of the receipt.

3. If I inform the Company A about my H1B transfer after I get the Receipt, and if Company A revokes my H1B, will it be an issue for me to get my H1B Transfer Approval from Company B?
