Company B sponsor H1B while working for Company A
Right now I am working for company A and they don't sponsor me H1B (I am on F1). I have interviewed with Company B and they are willing to sponsor me H1B for this year. But they said I still need to be employed through company A until I get H1B activated in October (Company B will sponsor me H1B while I am working with Company A under F1). Is there any problem in H1B process in case Company B sponsor me while I am working for Company A?
