How to get out of this H1B rat race ?

Ive been on H1 since 2016 and i see no signs of getting a GC in this decade, I have a great job and financial status but my life is falling part due to this frustration of not being able to quit the job, or being scared to travel, or change to a better job or to start a business because of this H1 and at the same time cant go back to India cause i dont like to loose my personal life privacy!! Cant afford an EB5
