I am presently on F1 student status. I will get OPT from april 1. I got job offers from two companies A and B.
Firstly, Company A says that they can file H1B from me and I can start working with them only after I get H1B. So does that I can start working only from October 2005 or can i start working from the time my application is filed??
Sencond, Company B allows me to work on OPT but will not file H1B.
So I have decided to work for company B on OPT till I get H1b from company A and incase I like company B ,i can transfer my H1b from company A to B.
Is it possible????
