Basically what the title says. Looking for advice (and maybe words of comfort). I don't have a spouse so I can't transfer to a dependent visa. Basically navigating this alone is overwhelming as well. Would it be worth it to just go back and apply from my home country? Will my visa be paused? I'm on my first year of h1b, so i do have more than 2 years + extension left. Any feedback, advice, suggestions would be most welcome.
