Hello everyone,
I am looking for advice or experience from anyone who has applied for a B2 tourist visa after overstaying under the Visa Waiver Program (ESTA).
A few years ago, I stayed in the US for about 2–3 weeks longer than the 90-day limit due to personal and family issues. I left voluntarily and have not been back since. Now, I want to re-enter the US on a B2 visa for a short vacation.
I know that overstaying under ESTA can make things more complicated. I would really appreciate it if anyone who has been through a similar situation could share with me how the consular interview went?
Any insights or tips would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!
