    H1B Issue, Can I use my AP to return?

    I came to Tijuana for H1 stamping and my case has been issued 221g. I have AP, can I come back to USA using AP and collect H1 from Tijuana, as soon as they approve my Visa? Will the use of AP to get back into the coutry, make my H1B invalid?

    did they mention how many days it will take to get passport back....if you use AP ur H1b becomes invalid

      They returned my passport. WIll have to submit the additional documents requested by them.

        are u single or married - if u use AP ur h1b becomes invalid and u cannot get ur wife on H4
