Hello, some input here is appreciated:
I am currently on H1b and moved to a new state (almost 2 years). My employer dint file the amendment. It’s now time for H1b renewal. What are my options based on this:
1. Move back to previous state per LCA, generate paystubs there and file for H1b renewal.
2. Stay in the new state, file amendment. Does this mean I violated H1b conditions in anyways?
What are my other choices/things to consider?
