Hi all,
as you know tri-valley uni is closed now. well our status got on hold now. dont know what would they do with our seivs. if they release it, then we can transfer to other uni. else.. we will be out of status.
my question is, as i am having F1 stamp on my visa thru Tri-valley and i took CPT and working here. i came to usa for Fall 2010. i am done with 1 sem in TVU and i enrolled for next sem few day back. and now we heard about the fraud in tvu and its closed.
can i apply for H1 now?? without finishing my F1 anymore??
is that a legal thing as i am having F1 stamp on my passport?
will my sevis be automatically terminated once i transfer to H1, or do i have to intimate them that i am shifting to H1?
i have to apply visa for my family as well. once if i get H1 can i apply my family a H4 visa once i transfer to H1 ??
is this a good idea?? or am i completely taking the risk ??
