H4 to H-1B1 Immigration Intent

Complicated situation: Previously worked in the U.S. under OPT but have moved to Singapore for 1.5 years now though still have H4 as my wife is based in the U.S. (H-1B). I’m planning to move back to U.S. via H-1B1 but was wondering if the immigration office will view my application with immigrant intent since my wife is currently in the early stages of filing her Green Card which I’m not part of the process https://xender.vip/
