Question on Stamping from another country

Hello all, I've a quick question on H1B stamping.


My last stamped H1B visa on my Indian Passport expired long ago (2023), but I have a new approved I-797 (expiry in 2027). If I go to Mexico via a Mexican Tourist Visa, can I get my H1B stamped on my Indian passport from the US Embassy in Mexico?
