L1B to H1B..Can i work on L1B for 3 weeks

Hi,

I recently applied for L1B to H1B Change of status.
My H1B is approved and is valid from today.
My L1B Employer wants to me work for 3 more weeks as notice period.
Can i work for L1B employer for 3 weeks even after my H1B is approved?

You cannot. You should be employed with the H1B employer as of today since your status has already changed to H1B. Any employment with the L1 employer will be considered illegal unless you go out of the country and return back on L1 visa which will put you back on L1 status.
