PERM approved and got laid off

I got laid off on 6th of August 2025, I have my employment for 2 more months. My six years on H-1B status will max out on September 30, 2025. My PERM application was pending for over 365 days, and got approved yesterday. I tried to contact HR to file my I140 but they said they can’t. What are my options?
