COS F1 to H1

I have taken admission in ITU in fall 2010 and got CPT from Day 1 and I started to work on it until January and in January I have applied for H1b visa and it got approved ..

Do I have to do anything from my side like informing the university that I am no more a student with them

can anyone explain the process when a student COS from F1 to H1 and please remeber that my employer filed my H1 based on my undergraduate degree
