Need clarification on I-94 expiration Vs. Visa stamping expiration

Hi,

If the expiration of I-94 is earlier than visa stamping expiration, can someone stay until the visa expiration, if not how many days the person can stay post I-94 expiration or need to leave the country immediately before I-94 expired and make a re-entry?

Zero, unless you have applied for Change of Status or Extension of Stay before your status expired.

One more question. Will the visa get cancelled post I-94 expiration? Does the person should apply for a new visa and get it stamped for the re-entry?

If you leave before or on the I-94 expiration date, no, the visa does not get cancelled. If you stay past the I-94 expiration date without a pending Extension of Stay or Change of Status application, the visa that you used to enter the US is automatically voided under INA 222(g), and you can only apply for US visas in your country of nationality from now on.
