Can anyone guide me to get the Dependent VISA of new born baby? (2 months)

Is it valid to get the VISA for infant under drop box category anymore, if parents have valid stamped VISA and I-797?

Hi,
As per new visa guidance and recent tightening of waiver eligibility, most of the non-immigrant visa applicant needs to present for in-person Interview. You should plan for a regular visa interview for the baby.
