H1 B Extension

Hi ,

In my Petition has exipry date as 9th sep 2011, but my VISA has Expiry date as 03-March-2011.Do i need to go for VISA renweal process or I can approach Immigration for new VISA stamping....

Kindly help me to come out from this issue..

Are in U.S now are outside U.S? Visa is just an entry document to U.S. If you are inside U.S now, then your I-94 will decide your status expiry date. If you are outside U.S, then upon entering U.S before the visa expiry date, you will get an I-94 until the petition expiry date (assuming your passport remains valid beyond the petition expiry date).
