Hey, got my H-1B approved this week and I already booked an appointment at an embassy to get my stamp, but with the whole budget shutdown thing I was wondering if that affected timelines to get back my passport and fly back in, anyone got the H-1B stamp recently? https://xender.vip/

No. Shut down will not impact The U.S. Department of State functions. Even The U.S. Department of State visa website states that even during government funding lapses, consular operations (visa & passport) will continue though some support functions may be affected.
