I94 Update - Please Help.

I am a H4 dependent who travelled on a cruise on a new passport. My i94 was not updated with the travel details but for rest of the family it is updated. The i94 on old passport is valid for a future date but does not have the travel details.. What is the best way to get i94 updated for me on new passport. Please help. TIA!!

Hi,
Please contact local CBP office via Email with the request. It is faster way to update/ correct I-94. If that's not going to happen, then you will need to cross the border to update your I-94 records. Thanks

In this situation, you really need to rely on official records: check your latest I-94 on the CBP site and compare it to your visa stamp and approval notice. If anything is inconsistent, contact your employer’s immigration attorney or call CBP/USCIS directly. It’s not something to guess on like picking the best online casino; documentation has to be precise.
