Hi, I had H1B approved petition received in january 2025, then company raised an amendment request for change of location and filed the petition in july 2025 of which I received receipt number from USCIS as well. The amendment was filed in regular mode and I have not received any decision from USCIS side over my H1B amendment yet. It's now more than 5 months and it's still pending. Is it normal or red flag here and can I stay in US with pending amendment petition or is there any cap on number of days I can stay and work on pending petition. It's really helpful if someone can answer this. Thank you!
