Affect on H1Bvisa due to organizational re-structuring

Hi,

My HI1B Visa was filed by Company A. Company A has undergone a re-structuring and will be dissolved soon. Majority of the employees are now with Company B (same line of business, same location, etc). It is ALMOST a name change but not completely. What will be the affect on my H1B visa filed by Company A if I was to move over to Company B. Do I need to file an H1B visa transfer under Company B?
