Hi,
Need your inputs, i am working for client A currently, but i am looking to change to Client B in future. Both clients are in Same County and same state and both client office address Falls under the Same MSA. Salary/job Roles remains same. Current LCA has the current client A Address. If i decide to move forward with client B , do i need to file h1b Amendment or Pasting the current LCA in the new location alone is sufficient.
From most of the search results points to amendment not required, but it seems all dated back to 4 to 5 years back not sure if there is any changes recently. Could you please check and advise, if h1b amendment is required or just filling the New LCA with client B address or pasting the current LCA in new address location is sufficent.?
